One of my favorite hobbies is traveling. Last Christmas, I visited New York City to spend time with my cousin. One of my favorite memories from that trip was taking a photo in Times Square while being playfully “arrested” by an NYPD officer. Over the years, I have traveled to Arizona, New Mexico, Louisiana, Florida and New York. Outside of the United States, I have visited Mexico and the ABC Islands. One of the reasons I love traveling is the opportunity to explore unfamiliar places, wander through new cities and meet local residents. Not only do you see fascinating people with unique stories, but you also get to experience amazing food along the way. I hope to travel even more throughout my 20s, although that will require a little more financial freedom. One of my dream destinations is Spain. I would love to spend at least three weeks exploring both its cities and countryside. My family originally comes from Spain, so seeing the place where my ancestors lived would be a beautiful and unforgettable experience. While there, I would also love to see the famous Running of the Bulls festival. Another dream trip is Italy. My great-great-great-grandmother immigrated to the United States from Italy in the early 1900s, leaving her family behind. Returning to the country where part of my family’s story began would be an incredible experience and a meaningful way to connect with my culture.
Another one of my hobbies is art. I have always enjoyed painting, drawing and expressing my creativity through different forms of artistic work. Ever since I was young, I have been fascinated by art and eager to learn more about it. I would not consider myself an expert painter or artist, but I enjoy practicing and creating whenever I have the time. Although I may not always express my creativity through traditional art forms, I have found other ways to channel it in today’s digital age. One of my strengths is creating unique and engaging content for social media. I enjoy photography, videography and producing content in professional environments. Whether I am working on a personal project or helping a business build its brand, I understand how to create original content that stands out and captures attention. I enjoy finding innovative solutions and designing creative projects of all kinds. Art has always been an important part of my life, and it continues to influence the way I think, create and communicate with others.
